I have been working with Christine Lutz at this agency for over 20 years. She has been consistently on the mark with respect to marketing my insurance policies for my homes, my cars, my apartments and other issues.  Additionally, Christine is a pleasure to work with. She’s responsive to my questions and follows through with a friendly and professional demeanor. I've worked with CCP on a few types of insurance and have always had a good experience. They are communicative, honest, low pressure, and ultimately end up providing solid quotes. From what I can tell, they have a good network in the insurance field, which is critical in insurance shopping. As anyone buying Insurance, you receive a policy, put it in a file cabinet and forget about it. You never know how good or bad it is until you actually need it. As a customer for 35 years with the Curran Cooney Penny Agency, we have found them to be looking out for our interests whenever we had an Insurance issue. I had a long, thoughtful conversation with Mike about a complicated situation, and he stayed on the phone with me far longer than he had to. He didn’t rush me, didn’t push a product, and was genuinely focused on understanding what I do and whether it made sense from an insurance and risk standpoint. It’s rare to find an agency that actually listens and thinks things through instead of defaulting to cookie-cutter answers. This agency has been handling my insurance needs for over 8 years.  They always shopped for the best coverage and the best prices for me.  I cannot say enough about how helpful and caring they are.  Recently, I was involved in an auto accident at which i was rear ended by 2 vehicles.  The situation became rather complicated because of the multiple vehicles.  Lots of paperwork involved. Tom Wittkowski was extremely patient and helpful as we navigated the process.  In my opinion, this was white glove service and it went above and beyond. I recently switched to this insurance brokerage and I could not be more satisfied with their thoroughness and reliability. After realizing that my prior insurance policy with a previous broker was not a good fit for my business, I asked Mike and Joe to look into a new policy. They asked me the details of the company operations etc and they took the time to educate me on the ins and outs of my new policy.  My family has since shopped for other policies for other businesses with them and they have been equally as pleased.
